How an engagement runs.

Outcome scoping

Two to four weeks. We define outcomes, scope, team composition, and a phased delivery plan.

Squad ramp-up

The squad gets set up in your environment: identity, repo access, observability, and an empty deployable that proves the path works.

Iterative delivery

Two-week sprints with stakeholder demos. Weekly outcome metric review.

Phase reviews

Quarterly phase reviews with the steering committee. Based on outcomes so far, you can stop, change direction, or extend.

Handoff

Documentation, runbook authoring, and shadow shifts with your in-house team. We aim to be replaceable, not embedded forever.

How is this different from an agency engagement?

Agencies often staff against hours. We staff against outcomes, and we’re willing to put outcome metrics in the SOW. We’re smaller, more flexible, and more senior than most agencies.

Can you embed in our existing team?

Yes, that’s a common setup. We provide the engineering capacity while your team provides product, design, or platform leadership, or the other way around.

Do you do fixed-price or time-and-materials?

Both. Discovery, assessments and well-defined projects are fixed price. When requirements are still evolving, we work in time-and-materials sprints with a monthly cap you set, or as a dedicated team.

What about scaling up or down?

We can scale capacity by ±25% in 2–4 weeks. Larger changes need 6–8 weeks of lead time. We don’t commit a team for 90 days and then redeploy them the next week.

How does this compare to Staff Augmentation?

Staff Augmentation provides individual engineers. Consulting & Delivery provides a pre-formed team with leadership. Each suits a different need.
