We’re based in Charlotte, North Carolina, and work closely with our offshore team in India. We don’t expect anyone to answer Slack overnight, we give feedback openly, and we invest in people for the long term.

Working session
We work through a real problem from a recent project together. It’s a conversation, with no whiteboard tricks: you see how we think, and we see how you think.
Step 3
Team round
Meet future colleagues and ask them anything. If it’s a fit on both sides, we follow up with a written offer.
