Careers

Build your career on work that matters.

Engineers, designers, product and operations people building enterprise software.

On-call support you can rely on, day and night.

We run the platforms we built, and the platforms you built, with a senior on-call rotation, clear SLAs and the engineering depth to fix root causes instead of just acknowledging alerts.

What managed operations cover.

Managed IT Services is our 24×7 operational practice: senior SREs in three time zones running the platforms we built, and the ones you’d like us to take over.

Transparent runbooks, and a monthly review of what we did, what we found and what we’d fix next. No contract lock-in and no hourly-pricing surprises.

Where it fits

  • Post-launch operations

We just built your product. Now we run it, with the team that built it on call.

  • Platform takeover

An existing system you’d like operated by senior engineers. We start with a takeover assessment.

  • Compliance-required ops

SOC 2, HIPAA and PCI environments that need documented incident response and continuous monitoring.

  • Cost-conscious mid-market

You can’t hire a full SRE team. We can act as one for less than the cost of two FTEs.

What we deliver.

Each area below is a scoped deliverable. We plan it, build it and stay accountable for the result.

  • 24×7 incident response

Three-time-zone coverage, P1–P4 response SLAs, experienced engineers and post-incident reviews worth reading.

  • Cloud operations

AWS/GCP/Azure operational management: patching, scaling, cost reviews, security hygiene.

  • Observability & SLOs

Datadog, Honeycomb, Grafana. Meaningful SLOs with error budgets instead of vanity dashboards.

  • Security operations

Vulnerability management, secret rotation, log monitoring and compliance evidence collection.

  • Change management

Release coordination, change advisory boards, and the documented changes your auditor wants to see.

  • Continuous improvement

Monthly engineering reviews that propose 2–4 improvements beyond routine maintenance.

How an engagement runs.

Five phases, each with a measurable outcome, so you always know where the work stands.

1

Takeover assessment

Two weeks, fixed-bid

The platform, runbooks, gaps and risks, documented.

2

Onboarding

Readiness

Access setup, runbook authoring, on-call integration, and shadow incidents to validate readiness.

3

Steady-state operations

24×7

Coverage with weekly internal reviews and monthly reports to your team.

4

Continuous improvement

Monthly

Engineering improvement work, typically observability, automation or cost optimization.

5

Quarterly business reviews

Quarterly

Posture review, SLA performance, and a forward-looking roadmap of platform investments.

How we run your platforms.

  1. Senior engineers on call

Our on-call rotation is staffed by engineers who’ve built systems, not scripted helpdesk staff.

  2. Transparent pricing

A flat monthly retainer based on platform complexity. No per-incident charges or surprise overage fees.

  3. We’d rather be replaceable

Documentation, runbook ownership, and your team’s ability to run things without us are explicit goals.

Frequently asked questions.

Have a question we haven’t covered? A 30-minute call with a tech lead can answer it.

Ask us directly
Do you require a specific monitoring stack?

No. We work with what you have or recommend what we’d use. Our default is Datadog or Honeycomb depending on the workload.

How long is the contract?

Annual by default with a 60-day exit clause. No multi-year auto-renewal.

Can you handle compliance incident response?

Yes, under SOC 2, HIPAA and PCI obligations, including evidence preservation and notification timing.

What about end-user IT (laptops, helpdesk)?

No. We’re application and platform operations only, and can recommend partners for end-user IT.

How do you price?

A flat monthly retainer scoped to platform complexity, traffic and SLA tier. We share line-item retainer math after the takeover assessment.

Let’s talk about your project.

Tell us about your team, your stack and the problem you want solved. We’ll come back with how we would approach it.
