Aithical is an independently owned engineering and workforce partner, headquartered in Charlotte, NC, and working with clients across the US. We believe in long engagements, open operations, and the unglamorous work that separates good software from great.
Built by engineers, run like a workshop.
We started Aithical because consulting was broken. Senior engineers were stuck behind sales decks, junior teams were sold as senior, and the people pitching the work weren’t the people doing it. We wanted to fix those simple things first.
Today we’re a team of engineers, designers, product people and operators, based in Charlotte, NC, and working closely with our offshore team in India. We’re independently owned, deliberately small, and organized around long engagements with the same customers. We don’t take on work we’d be embarrassed to put our name to.
The clients who stay with us tend to have two things in common: they care about the people doing the work, and they’re willing to pay for quality. We’ve never been the cheapest option. We’ve often been the last one a customer needed.

We’re based in Charlotte, North Carolina, and work closely with our offshore team in India. We don’t expect anyone to answer Slack overnight, we give feedback openly, and we invest in people for the long term.
