We design and build our website to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies.

Draft for legal review This page is an Aithical-authored plain-language draft and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before public launch. Specifics noted below in [brackets] are placeholders for production. Nothing here constitutes legal advice.

1. Standard

Our target standard is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 at the AA conformance level, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. We design and test against this standard and prioritise issues that affect critical user flows: navigation, forms, content readability, and applying for a role.

2. What we do

  • Design with sufficient colour contrast and clear visual hierarchy.
  • Use semantic HTML so screen readers can interpret content correctly.
  • Provide visible keyboard focus styles on every interactive element.
  • Label form inputs and provide clear error messages.
  • Respect users who request reduced motion in their operating system.
  • Provide alternative text for meaningful images.
  • Test with keyboard-only navigation and screen reader software.

3. Known limitations

The following items are on our remediation roadmap. We treat them as bugs:

  • Some animated visualisations on product pages do not yet provide a static text equivalent. We are adding accessible captions.
  • Older third-party embeds may not meet our accessibility bar. We audit and replace them in turn.

4. Compatibility

We test on the latest two major versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari, paired with NVDA, VoiceOver, and JAWS where available.

5. Feedback

If you cannot access content or complete a task on this website, we want to know. Email accessibility@aithicalhub.io with the URL and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within five business days.
