Careers

Build your career on work that matters.

Engineers, designers, product and operations people building enterprise software.

CRM that your sales team uses every day.

Most CRM implementations fail at the same place: usability for the people who type into it every day. We build CRM systems your sales reps trust and use, and that your CFO can pull a forecast from without an analyst.

What our CRM work covers.

Salesforce & CRM builds revenue platforms: the systems that hold your leads, opportunities, customers and revenue.

Greenfield implementations, decade-old org cleanups, HubSpot-to-Salesforce migrations. We focus on the data model, the integrations and the user experience, rather than switching on every product feature.

Where it fits

  • First Salesforce instance

Moving off spreadsheets or HubSpot Starter. We design for the org you’ll have in 3 years.

  • Salesforce cleanup

An 8-year-old org with 14,000 fields. We keep what works and retire the rest.

  • Marketing/sales/service alignment

Three teams, three CRMs, one confused customer. We unify the data without forcing a single product.

  • Enterprise integrations

ERP, billing, data warehouse and support platform. We make the integrations reliable.

What we deliver.

Each area below is a scoped deliverable. We plan it, build it and stay accountable for the result.

  • Salesforce implementation

Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ and Marketing Cloud. Greenfield orgs and inherited messy ones.

  • Custom development

Apex, LWC, Flow, and integrations to systems Salesforce wasn’t designed to talk to. We code only when configuration runs out.

  • Einstein & AI features

Lead scoring, opportunity health, next-best-action and Agentforce, implemented with careful evaluation rather than vendor promises.

  • Reporting & analytics

CRM Analytics, Tableau, and dashboards your CFO will trust. Forecast accuracy you can defend to a board.

  • HubSpot & Dynamics

Not every problem is a Salesforce problem. HubSpot for fast-growth orgs, Dynamics for complex enterprise scenarios.

  • Migrations & consolidations

HubSpot, Pipedrive or multi-org into Salesforce. Zero-data-loss migrations with cutover plans you can audit.

How an engagement runs.

Five phases, each with a measurable outcome, so you always know where the work stands.

1

Discovery & data model

Weeks 2–4

Objects, relationships, role hierarchy and integration map, signed off by ops and sales leadership.

2

Build

Sprints

Configuration and development with sandbox demos every two weeks for the teams who’ll use it.

3

Data migration

Cutover

Deduplication, validation and a parallel-run period. No surprises on go-live day.

4

Training & UAT

Role by role

Role-specific training (AE, SDR, CSM, manager) and UAT scenarios that mirror real workflows.

5

Hypercare

6 weeks

Daily post-go-live support with adoption tracking and weekly office hours.

How we approach CRM projects.

  1. Architecture comes first

We start with the data model, not the product roadmap. Sound data design is what keeps an org usable for 5 years.

  2. We say no to bad customizations

If a customization will hurt you in 18 months, we say so before we build it.

  3. Adoption is a deliverable

Training, change management and adoption metrics are line items in our SOWs, not afterthoughts.

Frequently asked questions.

Have a question we haven’t covered? A 30-minute call with a tech lead can answer it.

Ask us directly
Are you a Salesforce partner?

Yes: a Salesforce Registered Consulting Partner with certifications across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Platform Developer.

Can you take over an existing Salesforce org?

Yes, frequently. We start with an org assessment of what works, what doesn’t, and what’s technical debt.

Do you mark up Salesforce licenses?

No. You buy licenses directly from Salesforce. We’re paid for our work, not for license arbitrage.

How do you handle Salesforce DevOps?

Source-driven development with Salesforce DX, Git-based version control, and CI/CD using Copado, Gearset or native tools.

Do you do Marketing Cloud or Pardot/MCAE?

Yes for both. We’re especially careful about scoping these; they’re where most CRM implementations get over-promised.

Let’s talk about your project.

Tell us about your team, your stack and the problem you want solved. We’ll come back with how we would approach it.
