We provide this notice voluntarily; Aithical may not currently meet the thresholds that make the CCPA apply.
1. Categories of personal information
In the past twelve months we may have collected the following categories of personal information from California residents: identifiers (name, contact details), commercial information (services discussed), internet activity (pages viewed), professional information (resumes, work history), and inferences drawn from the above. We do not collect sensitive personal information beyond what you choose to share with us in a job application.
2. Sources
Directly from you, automatically through your use of the website, and from service providers we engage.
3. Business purposes
To respond to inquiries, to evaluate candidates, to deliver and improve services, to prevent fraud, and to comply with legal obligations.
4. Sale or sharing
We do not sell personal information for monetary value. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in a way that would constitute "sharing" under the CPRA without your consent.

- Right to delete. Ask us to delete your personal information, subject to exceptions.
- Right to correct. Ask us to correct inaccurate personal information.

- Right to limit. Limit the use of sensitive personal information to what is necessary to provide the requested service.
- Right to non-discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
