Careers

Build your career on work that matters.

Engineers, designers, product and operations people building enterprise software.

Transformation, including the hard parts, done right.

Many digital transformations stall in the detailed middle stage. We take a 1998-era process, design a 2026 version of it and deliver it, including the workflows, integrations and change management.

What transformation work covers.

Our Digital Transformation practice handles the hard middle stage, where strategy meets the people, ERPs, spreadsheets and forty-year-old processes that run your business.

We map the workflows, design the future state, build the systems, and stay until the new way of working takes hold. Outcome accountability is in our contracts.

Where it fits

  • Mid-market enterprises

100–2,000 employees, growing faster than processes can keep up. Often family-owned or PE-backed.

  • Legacy modernization

Systems built in 2005 that still run the business. We replace them in stages, without a disruptive cutover.

  • M&A integration

Two ERPs, three CRMs and four ways to run payroll. We help you choose one system and migrate the rest.

  • PE-backed value creation

Operating partners who need a transformation thesis they can defend to LPs, and execute in 18 months.

What we deliver.

Each area below is a scoped deliverable. We plan it, build it and stay accountable for the result.

  • Process discovery & workflow design

We sit with the people who do the work and map every exception. Then we redesign for the customer at the end.

  • Custom workflow software

Built when off-the-shelf doesn’t fit. The apps that automate the gaps your ERP can’t see.

  • ERP & CRM modernization

Salesforce, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday: implemented, customized and replaced. We choose the dependable option that lasts.

  • Intelligent automation

OCR, RPA, document AI and agent-driven processes. Automation that fixes the process rather than patching over it.

  • Data & analytics modernization

Replace the executive Excel dashboard with something your CFO trusts in real time.

  • Change management

Training, documentation, champion programs, and the months of support after go-live that decide whether change sticks.

How an engagement runs.

Five phases, each with a measurable outcome, so you always know where the work stands.

1

Current-state audit

Discovery

How the work really happens, beyond what the SOP says. Workflow shadowing, system inventory, cost allocation.

2

Future-state design

Roadmap

Target workflows, a system map, and a phased roadmap with cost and benefit per phase, signed off by ops and IT.

3

Foundation phase

Weeks 8–12

First measurable wins, usually a single workflow or system replaced end to end.

4

Iterative rollout

Phase by phase

Each phase delivers a measurable outcome before the next one starts.

5

Sustained operations

6 months

Post-go-live support with adoption tracking, optimization and the second wave of improvements.

How we run transformation programs.

  1. Contracts tied to outcomes

Scoped to measurable outcomes (cycle time, cost reduction, user adoption), not deliverable counts.

  2. Ops, IT and execs in the same room

We refuse engagements without an executive sponsor and an ops owner. Without both, transformation rarely succeeds.

  3. We stay through adoption

Our engagements include 90–180 days of adoption support, because that is when the change takes hold.

Frequently asked questions.

Have a question we haven’t covered? A 30-minute call with a tech lead can answer it.

Ask us directly
Are you a strategy firm or an implementation firm?

Implementation. We do the strategy work needed to ship the implementation, but we ship code and run go-lives.

Can you work alongside an existing strategy partner?

Yes, often. We execute the roadmap your strategy partner produced, and we’ll be honest if we think it needs revising.

How do you measure transformation success?

We define 3–6 outcome metrics at the start (cycle time, error rate, cost per transaction, NPS, adoption), track them weekly, and put them in our SOWs.

Is change management included?

Yes. Training, documentation, internal champion programs and post-launch adoption tracking are part of every engagement.

How long is a typical engagement?

9–18 months for a mid-sized business unit, broken into 90-day waves with measurable outcomes per wave.
