Do you replace Workday or BambooHR?
Sometimes. For W-2 employee populations, Workday/BambooHR usually stay. Our products extend or replace where the gap is contractor or immigration management.
Is this a Workday integration or a Workday replacement?
Workday integration is supported via our Workday Connector. We don't replace Workday — we extend it for contractor and immigration workflows.
What about benefits administration?
We integrate with benefits brokers and carriers; we don't replace benefits administration platforms (BenefitFocus, Lively, etc.).
Does this handle multi-state tax?
Yes — multi-state contractor tax is a first-class concern. We integrate with Avalara and your payroll provider for tax calculation and filing.
Do you handle 1099-NEC and W-2 generation?
We generate the records and pass them to your payroll provider. We don't replace ADP/Gusto/Paychex for actual payroll runs.
