Is this a SaaS product or custom build?
Both options exist. Aithical Recruit is available as a managed SaaS deployment or as a custom-deployed instance on your cloud. The custom path is appropriate for staffing firms with specific compliance or integration needs.
Can you migrate from Bullhorn?
Yes. We've done several Bullhorn migrations including the messy parts — custom field mapping, legacy submission histories, and DocuSign envelope migration.
What about CRM features?
Aithical Recruit includes recruiter CRM functionality. For larger sales-side CRM needs, we integrate with Salesforce or HubSpot rather than reinvent.
Do you handle OFCCP compliance?
Yes — OFCCP-aware data collection, applicant tracking, and audit logs are built into the product. We've helped clients prepare for OFCCP audits.
How do you price?
Per-recruiter monthly subscription for the managed product. Custom deployments are scoped per engagement. We share line-item pricing in scoping conversations.
