How is this different from an agency engagement?
Agencies often staff against hours. We staff against outcomes — and we're willing to put outcome metrics in the SOW. We're smaller, more flexible, and more senior than most agencies.
Can you embed in our existing team?
Yes — that's a common engagement shape. We'll be the engineering capacity while your team provides product, design, or platform leadership. Or vice versa.
Do you do fixed-price or time-and-materials?
Both. Discovery is fixed-bid. Build engagements are usually time-and-materials with outcome milestones. Some engagements are fixed-price with defined scope.
What about scaling up or down?
We can scale ±25% capacity in 2-4 weeks. Larger swings need 6-8 weeks lead time. We don't commit a team for 90 days then redeploy them next week.
How does this compare to Staff Augmentation?
